Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial services, capital markets, structured finance, operations, compliance, legal documentation, or another role involving detailed review of financial, legal, or transactional documents.
• Experience reviewing legal, financial, investment, or transactional documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review complex documents accurately and efficiently.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Interest in applying AI-enabled tools, checklists, and workflow improvements to support accurate, consistent documentation review.
• Demonstrates understanding of financial markets and investment products, with an interest in structured notes.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Review and Quality Assurance: Review structured notes documentation and related materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with product terms and internal standards.
• Transaction Support and Coordination: Coordinate documentation, setup, review steps, approvals, and follow-ups with internal teams and issuer partners.
• Data Integrity and Database Management: Maintain transaction data and ensure trackers reflect reviewed documentation and final product terms.
• Internal and Advisor Support: Help confirm product details, documentation status, and transaction information in responses to inquiries.
• Operational Coordination: Support transaction setup, onboarding, documentation workflows, and issue resolution with internal partners.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve checklists, controls, and workflow efficiency in the issuance process.
• Product and Business Support: Assist with structured notes product information and advisor education materials.
