Qualifications

• Broader understanding of equity markets and ability to communicate market themes clearly to internal partners and clients.
• Capital markets experience preferred but not mandatory; interest in financial markets and structured investment solutions.
• Previous sales or customer service experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and new business development across the Bank’s distribution network through proactive prospecting, marketing campaigns, and client outreach.
• Identify advisor and client needs, translate market views into structured note ideas, and position solutions based on investor objectives.
• Monitor pipeline, campaigns, and results to support planning and prioritize follow-up with key clients.
• Prepare market updates, product summaries, trade ideas, and sales commentary for advisor engagement.
• Assist in development, positioning, and distribution of structured notes.
• Collaborate with Trading and Structuring teams to leverage pricing ideas for client-focused solutions.
• Participate in the lifecycle of Structured Notes issuance, including pitchbooks, meetings, pricing, execution, and post-trade inquiries.
• Support day-to-day activities to expand client base and increase sales penetration across wealth management.
• Work with product partners and control functions to improve the platform and automate processes.
• Ensure risk appetite and culture are considered in day-to-day activities and client interactions.
