Qualifications

• Journeyperson Welder ticket required and valid in Alberta.
• CWB FCAW/MCAW tickets for three or more positions preferred.
• Experience in heavy structural fabrication is expected.
• Reliability, punctuality and strong shop stamina are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lay down high-strength, multi-pass welds on large steel structures.
• Maintain precision and adherence to structural codes and drawings.
• Integrate robotic systems with traditional welding processes.
• Collaborate with fitters and crane operators for safe, efficient workflow.

Schedule: Mon–Thu (6:30 AM–4:00 PM), Fri (6:30 AM–2:45 PM)

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm, Full-Time Position

Compensation: $39.00/hour plus lucrative overtime potential

Qualifications

• Heavy Structural Mastery: Show a proven track record in heavy commercial or industrial steel fabrication.
• Ironclad Work Ethic: Demonstrate reliable daily punctuality, relentless grit, and exceptional shop stamina.
