WF Steel & Crane in Nisku, AB is seeking Journeyman & Apprentice Fitters/Welders to join our fabrication crew on day and night shifts. Night shift premium is $3.00 per hour. Overtime opportunities exist; benefits after probation.

The successful candidates will be CWB MCAW certified or have other CWB tickets, and possess strong English communication, reliability, and the ability to work safely in a team or independently.

Qualifications

• CWB MCAW certification (or similar tickets) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work overtime.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role.
• Team player or able to work autonomously.

We are a leading fabricator of structural steel and overhead cranes located south of Edmonton in the Nisku Industrial Park, Alberta. The Position -

An opportunity currently exists for Journeyman & Apprentice Fitters/Welders to join our Fabrication crew (Day shift & Night Shift. Night Shift Premium is an additional $3.00 per hour). We offer a competitive hourly rate plus overtime and benefits (after probationary period). The position is based in Nisku, Alberta.

The Ideal Candidate -

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and qualities:

• CWB certified in MCAW (other CWB tickets considered an asset)
• Highly developed communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Reliable and punctual
• Availability to work overtime hours
• A diligent worker who can operate within a team or autonomously as required
• The ability to work in a safety sensitive role at all times
