We are looking for a Senior Estimator – Concrete Structures and Civil Engineering to join the ranks of an undisputed construction leader, specializing in formwork, complex concrete structures, and acting as a general contractor. Responsibilities

As a Senior Estimator, your mission will consist of taking charge of the strategic aspect of submissions. Your tasks will include:

  • Detailed analysis of plans and specifications for general contractor and/or formwork components.
  • Accurate calculation of material and labor quantities.
  • Development of preliminary budgets and preparation of submission schedules (bordereaux de soumission) via the TPL software.
  • Soliciting and rigorously analyzing subcontractor and supplier submissions.
  • Ensuring a clear and complete transfer of relevant information to the project management team after a contract is awarded.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, we are looking for a senior profile capable of operating with a high level of autonomy:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an estimation role, ideally for a general contractor or a company specializing in concrete structures or civil engineering.
  • A college or university degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Estimation, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent proficiency with Office Suite, TPL, and Bluebeam software.
  • Impeccable mastery of the French language, both oral and written. Knowledge of English is an asset.
  • Strong analytical ability, developed critical sense, and great rigor.
