Opportunity : One of our Building Design and Civil; Structural, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Industry clients based out in Kitchener and London , ON is looking for a "Structural Engineer" for a fulltime opportunity.

Job Responsibilities :

• Design structural solutions for low-rise residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects.
• Conduct building assessments and prepare reports.
• Lead projects end-to-end and act as main stakeholder contact.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for optimal design and performance.
• Guide junior team members and review designs for code compliance.
• Conduct site visits and prepare field reports as needed.
• Manage project budgets and support invoice preparation.
• Prioritize tasks to meet project milestones while upholding company values.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Committed to learning and professional growth
• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Structural Engineering (Canadian or equivalent)
• P.Eng. or L.E.T. licensed (or in process) with PEO
• 4+ years’ experience in building structural design (wood, steel, concrete, masonry)

• Skilled in design software (e.g., Woodworks, MASS, S-Frame, ETABS), AutoCAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam
