The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who thrives on tackling complex challenges. This role demands a high level of precision, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. Collaboration is essential, as many of our projects require close teamwork with other talented professionals.**Duties & Responsibilities**· Develop detailed structural designs for custom signage and architectural elements for fabrication and installation.· Interpret design concepts and translate them into engineered solutions that are both functional and visually compelling.· Create fabrication-ready drawings and documentation using Adobe Suites or similar software including but not limited to AutoCAD and Signlab.· Determine layouts for lighting, power supplies and other electrical components.· Calculate usage for various industry standard materials including aluminum, acrylic, LED, and electrical components.· Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fabricators to ensure feasibility and structural integrity of designs· Contribute to design reviews and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle· Maintain organized documentation and adhere to internal quality standards**Qualifications**· 5+ years of experience in a similar structural or design engineering role (preferably in signage or construction industries)· Proficiency in Adobe Suites and strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)· Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.· Deep knowledge of various materials—including metal, wood, and plastics—and their associated fabrication techniques.· Expertise in translating technical concepts into visually striking, immersive environments that captivate and inspire.· Exceptional 3D visualization and drafting skills, with the ability to produce highly realistic renderings that impress and engage clients.· Ability to effectively represent the company and communicate with others at varying technical levels.· High level of communication and organizational skills.**Benefits**· Competitive wage· Group Health Benefits· Employee and Family Assistance program· Group RSP Matching Program· Quarterly company events· Early Fridays**Who Thrives at Twilight**Our most successful team members are confident, accountable, and driven by a desire to learn and grow.
