Job summary

BDC, the Canadian bank dedicated to entrepreneurs, seeks a Senior Advisor, Strategy Implementation in Montréal. You’ll translate regional priorities into measurable actions, work with senior leaders, and drive execution through reporting, data quality, and cross-functional coordination.

You will monitor performance, generate actionable insights, and lead or support strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with BDC’s mandate to fuel Canadian entrepreneurship. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7+ years in strategy, operations, banking, or similar.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional priorities into actionable plans and metrics.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors to execute market plans.
• Monitor performance and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Analyze data and present clear actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting and communications.
• Provide coaching and onboarding for new processes and tools.
