Job summary

BDC, the only bank dedicated exclusively to Canadian entrepreneurs, seeks a Senior Advisor, Strategy Implementation to translate regional priorities into actionable plans. You will support strategic planning, monitor performance, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership and frontline teams.

Collaborating with Directors and cross‑functional partners, you will drive execution, build reporting tools, coordinate training, and help scale initiatives across markets while promoting data quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy, operations, banking, or a combination of these areas.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills to analyze business or performance data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills for stakeholders and leadership.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft365/Office365, and CLICS.

Responsibilities

• Turn regional strategic priorities into clear, measurable actions.
• Support strategic planning and implementation, monitor performance, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership and frontline teams.
• Enable effective execution through reporting, communications, tools, training, data quality, and coordination.
• Lead end-to-end student internship experience and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Learning, Operations, and CX to support initiative implementation and data requirements.
