Job summary

Canada Life is seeking a Director, Strategy to join the Workplace Benefits and Retirement division. You will lead enterprise and business unit strategic planning, drive growth initiatives, and partner across functions to shape and execute priorities.

You will work with senior stakeholders, develop compelling presentations and business cases, and advance go-to-market strategies for new and existing initiatives while building a high-performing, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across Canada Life’s WBR business.
• Apply structured approaches and analytics to generate clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop and deliver presentations, business cases, and communications.
