Job description

Digital Strategist

We’re looking for a self-driven, results-oriented Digital Strategist with proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns. Hands-on expertise in executing and optimizing digital campaigns across two or more digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, or DV360.

This position will be responsible for managing clients that use Trader’s advertising platform, specifically paid media. Responsibilities include analyzing data, managing and tracking KPIs, optimizing accounts, providing weekly reports, and presenting strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

The role also offers the opportunity to participate in client-facing work, such as creating and conducting monthly Performance Reviews.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  1. Campaign Management: Planning, creating, and managing ad campaigns. Conduct in-depth optimization to ensure campaign deliveries meet KPI targets. Regularly analyze accounts for improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain optimization processes and schedules for clients.
  2. Reporting: Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on campaign performance. Producing various reports aligned with business objectives.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Supporting internal account and sales teams in client relationship management. Participating in client account reviews, presenting insights, and providing strategic guidance. Making proactive recommendations to clients and sales reps to meet objectives. Developing custom campaigns based on client goals.
  4. Testing & Continuous Improvement: Developing testing and optimization processes to enhance team effectiveness and campaign performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Passion for Digital Marketing
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360)
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of Programmatic Media Buying
  • Proficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative metrics to track progress and identify trends
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, capable of engaging with all organizational levels
  • University degree or college diploma, preferably with a marketing major
  • Knowledge of the latest PPC trends and tools
  • Google Ads Certifications
  • Bilingual in French and English
