Overview

Are you passionate about social media advertising and building innovative strategies? Directive is expanding its social media advertising consultancy, focusing on B2B clients, leveraging LinkedIn to reach target audiences effectively. We are seeking a growth-minded Senior Strategist to join this exciting new venture, reporting to the Associate Director and working closely with our media team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee multiple social media accounts.
  • Support and communicate directly with clients and vendors.
  • Develop quarterly strategies and optimize paid media budgets.
  • Understand client positioning and value propositions.
  • Coordinate lead routing in CRM and ensure internal and client goals are met.
  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting and targeting.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B.
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising, especially LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Proven success managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication and strategic storytelling skills.
Success Metrics
  • Manage 5+ mid-tier and enterprise accounts effectively.
  • Achieve KPIs related to client growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Build trust and foster long-term client relationships.
