Job summary

ScotiaMcLeod, a Scotia Wealth Management firm, seeks a Senior Associate in Montreal to support the advisor with client service and business development. You will help manage the book of business, deepen client relationships, and contribute to sales activities across wealth planning and advisory services.

You will work in a team-based environment focused on integrity, client focus and growth, collaborating with Total Wealth Specialists to deliver personalized solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the securities industry.
• Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and time management.
• Exceptional client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the advisor's book of business in collaboration with Wealth Advisors.
• Provide effective client service and contribute to business development.
• Support sales activities related to client growth.
• Prepare, analyze, and present reports and recommendations to clients.
• Develop and distribute client communications and marketing pieces.
• Review practices to streamline administrative processes and logging.
