Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Solutions Sales Manager to drive growth in the GTA region, covering the Western GTA market. The role focuses on acquiring new business and expanding relationships with existing customers in non-hazardous industrial waste services, assured destruction, and related environmental offerings.

You will input forecasts and budgets, maintain a robust book of business, and collaborate with Customer Service and Waste Approval teams to optimize account performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate the needs of the Reworld waste approval and facility operations processes to clients.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time in the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow non-hazardous industrial waste revenues.
• Input, communicate, and oversee the monthly forecast and annual budget process for assigned facilities and accounts.
• Acquire new business in a blended hunter role and manage an existing book of business to minimize churn.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Waste Approval teams to ensure accounts are managed efficiently.
