Job summary

Desjardins Technology Group in Montreal, QC, seeks a Business Strategy Analyst to shape plans and BI, monitor performance, and drive strategic initiatives aligned with the business architecture. You will interact with stakeholders across functions, formalize objectives, and assess solutions from needs to rollout.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a related bachelor’s degree, French language proficiency for Quebec, and strong English skills for collaboration with partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Eight+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
• Intermediate knowledge of English.
• Experience with strategic/transformational projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, and stakeholder needs for project scope.
• Develop and align solutions with business objectives and trace requirements end-to-end.
• Support testing, acceptance plans, and rollout in business areas.
• Contribute to change management strategies and related activities.
