Irving Oil seeks a Talent Sourcing Partner to source and attract quality talent for current and future hiring needs. The role focuses on building our talent pipelines, reducing time and cost of hire, and partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to support business areas.

The position is a 12-month fixed term with opportunities to contribute to candidate experience, outreach, and engagement across multiple channels.

• Build diverse pipelines and data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to align on needs.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand and support hiring needs for their business area.
• Provide highly engaged and positive candidate experience.
• Proactively build diverse talent pipelines to meet current and future business needs by networking and using tools such as Talent Community, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed Resume.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, ensuring qualified candidates remain engaged in opportunities.
• Identify Talent Attraction efforts to promote roles and employer brand via social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Organize and represent the company at external events to build relationships with candidates.
• Post and promote roles on job boards to raise brand awareness (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Manage incoming prospects through Talent Community and triage to appropriate pools.
