Job summary

IMT Precision is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across skilled trades, engineering, and leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and create compelling job postings that reflect our culture and brand.

You will build talent pipelines, engage with educational institutions and community partners, conduct assessments and interviews, and drive a positive candidate experience in a fast-growing manufacturing

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting skilled trades, engineering, and leadership roles.
Strong interviewing, sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Experience developing selection tools and structured interview processes.
Experience using ATS/HRIS and LinkedIn Recruiter; ADP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades, production, engineering, and leadership roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Create compelling job postings that reflect IMT Precision's culture and brand.
Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, references, and offers.
Design and improve candidate assessment tools and interview guides.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure successful hires.
Monitor recruitment metrics and identify process improvements.
