Job summary
IMT Precision in Ingersoll, Ontario, is seeking a Project Engineering, Manufacturing Integration professional to bridge project execution and manufacturing operations. You will own the technical scope across the full project lifecycle—from proposal development and CAPEX planning through to production ramp-up and continuous improvement.
This role blends project-based engineering with hands-on shop-floor support, driving manufacturing excellence, solving complex integration challenges, and leading
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related).
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering and/or capital projects.
- Experience with CNC programming, robotics, tooling, and production systems.
- Experience leading technical scope within multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience in defence or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
