Turner & Townsend in Canada is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to guide the Canadian recruitment function and support rapid growth. You will lead a seven-person TA team, partner with senior leaders to develop workforce plans, and drive scalable recruitment strategies for high-volume programs.

This role requires a proven track record in fast-growing environments, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to align talent initiatives with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition including leadership of recruiting teams.
• Proven success developing recruitment strategies within a fast-growing organization.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Demonstrated success leading major hiring programs, project mobilizations, or high-volume recruitment initiatives.

Recruitment Delivery

The base salary range for this full‑time role is $130,000 - $160,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
