Job summary

Colas Western Canada Inc. in St. Albert is seeking a strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement governance, sourcing, and inventory optimization across Western Canada.

You will drive Coupa deployment, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Finance, IT, and Equipment teams to improve efficiency, costs, and performance. This role reports to the Director of Equipment & Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, business, engineering or related field.
• Professional designation such as SCMP, CPSM, CPM is considered an asset.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement or sourcing.
• Experience in construction, aggregates, asphalt, concrete, or industrial operations is preferred.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as Coupa, JDE, SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with CWCI and Colas Canada.
• Lead strategic sourcing, category management and supplier performance management.
• Oversee Coupa adoption, deployment, and analytics across CWCI.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT and Procurement to standardize processes.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and reporting across divisions.
