Job summary

Primaris REIT is seeking a dedicated Specialty Leasing Manager to join on site at Devonshire Mall in Windsor, ON. You will lead sponsorships, negotiate leases, and develop revenue opportunities through temporary spaces, kiosks, and advertising.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail leasing, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a post-secondary degree in Business or related field. You will manage relationships with tenants and coordinate with Marketing and Operations to maintain

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of retail leasing or related experience.
• Retail management experience is an asset.
• Real Estate/shopping centre knowledge and/or accreditations.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect vendors for temporary leasing and sponsorships.
• Develop revenue opportunities for the Centre with branding standards.
• Maintain a robust database of clients, vendors and contacts.
• Represent the Centre to build external relationships.
• Liaise with Marketing and Operations to support branding and revenue.
• Negotiate lease rates with potential vendors.
• Document and administer leases for retail spaces and kiosks.
