OMERS / Oxford Properties Group is seeking a Specialty Leasing Coordinator for Square One to drive revenue, manage renewals, and grow the storage program while elevating the brand through activations.

You will coordinate leasing transactions, budgeting, and internal communications with Legal, RDC, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring contracts and documentation are accurate and timely. A client-focused, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years in Shopping Centre Retail or 5+ years in related sales.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a diverse environment.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with tenants and clients.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and manage agreement requests and renewals.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and reporting for Specialty Leasing categories and client files.
• Ensure timely receipt of all required documentation (payments, insurance, marketing assets) before lease start dates.
• Coordinate the logistics of tenant activity—from site visits to move-in and key handover to payment/insurance to move out.
• Assist the Senior Manager with forecasting and the preparation of annual budgets for Specialty Leasing and Storage.
• Coordinate with accounting to provide backup and variance explanations for Specialty Leasing accounts/budgets.
