Kipling Group, a leading Canadian property management company, is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive retail occupancies across our portfolio in Toronto. You will lead leasing strategies, negotiate terms, and coordinate tenant build-outs with tenants, brokers, and in-house teams.

The role requires at least five years in retail real estate leasing, a real estate license, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years practical experience in retail real estate leasing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong negotiating and oral/written communication skills.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing lease transactions.
• Proficiency with lease analysis, financial modeling in Excel, and lease software.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute leasing strategies tailored to each retail property.
• Lead lease negotiations on rent, term, and tenant improvements.
• Monitor tenancies and negotiate extensions as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote available spaces.
• Coordinate tenant build-out and project timelines with contractors.
• Prepare lease documents and coordinate with legal counsel.
• Maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and partners.
• Provide leasing reports and market insights to senior management.
