The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will be a member of the Corporate Procurement Team, working across all IT and Non-IT spend categories to assist category managers or lead sourcing initiatives. Key activities include :

• Identifying sourcing opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Conducting market analysis and determining sourcing strategies.
• Finding demand management and process improvement opportunities within categories.
• Leading RFx events and supplier negotiations.
• Collaborating with business divisions to develop and implement contracts and SLAs.
• Supporting supplier relationship management throughout the contract lifecycle.

The role requires ongoing development of category expertise, industry knowledge, and application of new techniques. Responsibilities also include analyzing supplier and category spend, leveraging demand management, and standardizing processes to enhance value and reduce supplier base. Strategies will be developed and executed accordingly.
