Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will :

• Identify and engage top-tier candidates using sourcing strategies across various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters, developing effective relationships and consultative strategies.
• Create bespoke sourcing strategies, leveraging data, market analysis, and historic hiring trends.
• Act as a brand ambassador, presenting opportunities compellingly and authentically to attract qualified, interested candidates.
• Support complex hiring needs, especially for niche and specialized roles, with strong business partnering skills.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing :

• Develop partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a positive candidate and client experience.
• Provide expertise and market insights during recruitment discussions.
• Deliver high-quality, engaged candidate shortlists with detailed, accurate information.
• Review and post compelling job adverts to attract the right candidates.
• Utilize data to measure and refine sourcing strategies.
• Engage candidates professionally through various channels, including headhunting niche talent.
• Maintain candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience regardless of hiring outcomes.

Skills & Experience

Requirements include :

• Recent recruitment experience (minimum 1 year) supporting an Investment Banking client within banking.
• 2-4 years of total recruitment experience, preferably in agency settings.
• Specialist sourcing experience, especially passive talent engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Subject matter expertise in recruiting, sourcing, and data-driven strategies.
• Experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, ATS, CRM, and other tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
