Job summary

CIBC in Toronto seeks a Sr. Consultant, Procurement to lead end-to-end software, SaaS and IT services procurement.

You will define engagement and contract approaches, coordinate with legal and business leads, and drive cost reduction and risk management. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 1-3 days on-site; you will manage supplier relationships, conduct negotiations, and shape procurement strategy across complex projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement experience and/or supplier process knowledge.
• Experience drafting contract schedules (Scope of Work, Commercial Terms).
• Knowledge of SaaS, Cloud and IT services contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software, SaaS and IT services procurement initiatives.
• Define engagement and contract approaches; coordinate with legal and business teams.
• Drive cost reduction, risk management and process improvements on complex projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers, stakeholders and SMEs to finalize contracts.
