Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing; MBA considered an asset.
• 5–8 years of progressive B2B marketing experience in industrial automation, electrical, technology, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, or related technical industries.
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and customer engagement programs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions and business-focused messaging.
• Experience supporting go-to-market strategies within technology/industrial organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with corporate growth objectives and market priorities.
• Lead ABM initiatives targeting high-value customers and strategic growth opportunities.
• Own customer and segment messaging strategies for Phoenix Contact's solutions and platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support, and leadership teams to align marketing with business priorities.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging marketing automation, CRM, digital channels, and analytics.
