Job summary

Interpro Recycling is seeking a Commercial Account Representative to source ferrous and non-ferrous scrap for Regina, Winnipeg, and Thunder Bay operations. You will develop supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and purchasing agreements, and monitor markets to ensure a reliable, cost-effective supply.

You will collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Accounting, and Quality to optimize total delivered cost and support production.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in metals recycling procurement or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Experience with ERP and scrap-management software; strong supplier management and contracting skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase ferrous and non-ferrous scrap to support operations.
• Develop supplier relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to maximize value.
• Monitor scrap markets and forecast pricing trends.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and ensure timely delivery.
• Travel 25%–50% to maintain supplier relationships.
