Qualifications

• University degree in Administration or Commerce.
• SCMP or CPPB designations preferable.
• Five years of senior purchasing experience.
• Experience with large-scale purchasing and supervision.
• Knowledge of procurement law and trade agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-risk procurement projects from initiation through contract execution.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with objectives and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with bylaws, trade agreements, and laws.
• Draft and review bid documents and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and manage vendor relationships.
• Provide training and expert advice on procurement procedures.
• Support contract management and performance monitoring.
• Assist with updating policies and training materials.
