TruGreen Metal Recycling Inc. is seeking a motivated Steel Buyer to source and purchase ferrous scrap while building strong customer relationships. The role focuses on negotiating pricing and ensuring a steady flow of metal into the mobile recycling business.

The Steel Buyer will travel to customer sites in the Regina region, balance volume, quality, and margin, and collaborate with operations, logistics, and sales to meet KPIs. A valid driver’s license and pre-employment screening are required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of in-field B2B sales experience.
• Experience in scrap, metals, or industrial sectors is an asset.
• Self-starter with goal orientation and KPI focus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; adaptable to change.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute a productive daily field schedule with multiple customer visits.
• Source scrap metal through leads, relationships, and on-site visits.
• Create buying opportunities via grassroots marketing and outreach.
• Record activities and leads in Trello and internal trackers daily.
