A marketing and promotional importing company in Mississauga is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Account Executive and manage various customer service tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in the beauty or cosmetic industry is an asset. This position offers a salary range of 35-40K plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Extremely organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Interest or experience in the beauty, cosmetic or fashion industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in regular update meetings with the sales team and other departments.
• Follow up with clients for approvals on pre-production and production samples.
• Provide customer service to clients when the Account Executive is away.
