Job summary
Cardinal Health Canada is a leading healthcare partner supporting facilities nationwide. We seek a Consultant, Sales Support to partner with senior sales leaders, deliver Sales Quota programs, and provide analytics that boost commercial effectiveness.
The role blends commercial process knowledge with advanced analytics in a hybrid setup, reporting to Vaughan head office twice weekly. You will influence planning, design incentive models, and deliver comprehensive insights using
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, with 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Insights, Business Intelligence, or similar analytical roles.
Responsibilities
- Design and administer quotas and SIP by developing budget‑aligned plans and distributing targets with enhanced reporting.
- Analyze quota and compensation plans to provide insights on performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop data-driven solutions with commercial leaders to influence decisions and improve productivity.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau or similar tools for faster decision‑making.
- Collaborate with BI/IT teams to support complex data requirements and ensure reliable analytics.
