Job summary

iA Financial Group seeks an experienced Project Manager-RTE to coordinate delivery across a strategic ecosystem. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, and provide governance on capacity, risks, and timelines.

With 10+ years in project management and at least 3 years in a Release Train Engineer role or similar, you will lead large-scale agile efforts in a hybrid environment, leveraging Azure DevOps and AI to accelerate value creation. Proficiency in French is required.

Qualifications

Coordinate and synchronize the work of multiple teams on complex strategic initiatives.
Orchestrate end-to-end value streams to improve delivery efficiency and predictability.
Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, PO Syncs, and System Demos.
Manage cross-team dependencies, anticipate obstacles, and implement solutions.
Lead governance forums with visibility into capacity, risks, timelines, and progress.
Oversee integrated planning of resources, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage performance metrics to improve delivery predictability and quality.
Support Lean-Agile practices, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Leverage data, Azure DevOps, and AI tools to optimize delivery practices.
