Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager / Release Train Engineer for the Technology & Infrastructure (T&I) team. This hybrid role in Montreal focuses on program-level orchestration, stakeholder alignment, and governance within a public broadcaster environment.

You will facilitate PI-style planning, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery with financial and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program delivery experience.
• 3+ years in senior Agile/Scaled Agile (RTE or equivalent) leadership.
• Experience with vendor governance and contract/workstream coordination.
• Bilingual English/French communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level ceremonies and SAFe-inspired governance.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks.
• Ensure alignment of backlogs with strategic IT/governance goals.
• Maintain program dashboards and visibility across teams.
• Foster bilingual communication across distributed hubs in Montreal and Toronto.
