Job summary

Maarut is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a Montreal-based, multi-year program in Claims & Pricing. The role blends scaled agile facilitation with traditional project management, emphasizing flow efficiency, predictability, and executive reporting across several teams and business components.

The candidate should have 5–8+ years of experience in an RTE role, demonstrable PI Planning leadership, and strong presentation skills for an executive committee.

Qualifications

• RTE role: coordination of multiple teams, PI Planning facilitation, Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync and System Demo
• Agile or hybrid context at scale (SAFe, Kanban at scale, or Lean Portfolio Management)
• Knowledge of IT (development, architecture, Azure DevOps, ADO dashboards)
• Understanding of the insurance sector (rating, claims)
• Mobilizing leadership, executive communication, team coaching
• Performance management through metrics and flow indicators, visibility, dashboards (Power BI, ADO dashboards)
