Job summary

Arcadis Canada is seeking a senior leader to guide multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, environment, infrastructure and project controls. You will oversee large programs, manage scope, schedule, budget and risk, and ensure seamless collaboration across all project phases to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and communities.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic perspective, and a commitment to delivering sustainable, resilient solutions in Canada.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Canada.
  • 15+ years of experience managing large, complex projects.
  • PMP certification preferred; LEED credentials are an asset.
  • Experience with Design-Build, P3, IPD delivery models.
  • Experience with Oracle and project controls (cost management, scheduling).

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of multidisciplinary projects to meet client goals and Arcadis objectives.
  • Oversee delivery across architecture, engineering, environment, infrastructure, and project controls.
  • Manage contracts, risk, budget, schedule, and quality to align with scope and governance.
  • Lead major proposals with scope, fees, delivery plans, and staffing.
  • Mentor teams and maintain strong client relationships across regions.
