This role requires leadership, strategic perspective, and a commitment to delivering sustainable, resilient, and future-ready solutions.You will oversee a team of Project Managers, Coordinators, and Schedulers supporting Arcadis’ largest multidisciplinary programs and projects.Role accountabilities:Lead a portfolio of multidisciplinary projects to meet client goals, project requirements, and Arcadis business objectivesSupport project teams and leadership on project delivery, commercial issues, risk management, and execution strategyBe responsible for delivering projects in line with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contract requirementsLead and support teams across all disciplines, including architecture, engineering, environmental, infrastructure, and project controlsWork with project teams and internal support groups, including risk, legal, finance, and insurance to manage contracts and resolve issuesLead major project proposals, including scope, fees, delivery plans, and staffingParticipate in project reviews, reporting, and internal governance activitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships through clear communicationCoordinate with clients, contractors, partners, and subconsultants to support project successMonitor project performance and help teams address issues related to cost, schedule, quality, and riskManage project financial and operational activities, including:BudgetsFinancial forecastingRevenue trackingInvoicing and collectionsPerformance reportingUse project data to support decision-making and improve outcomesShare lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvementMentor and support team members through coaching and knowledge sharingQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EngineeringRegistered Professional Engineer in CanadaPMP certification preferredLEED Green Associate or LEED AP is an asset15+ years of experience managing large, complex projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and overall performanceStrong understanding of multiple project delivery models such as:Design-BuildP3IPDStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with contract negotiation, commercial management, and conflict resolutionExperience in OracleKnowledge of project controls, including cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and performance trackingProven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teamsAbility to work well across teams, regions, and disciplinesValid driver’s license with a good driving recordAbility to travelMust be eligible for security clearanceWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
