Toromont Cat Vaughan is seeking a Used and Rental Equipment Manager to supervise the Material Handling rental operation, including budgeting, staffing, marketing, terms and rates, and fleet disposition.

Qualifications

• University degree in administration with a technical and/or business focus.
• 3–5 years in the rental industry.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to mine and analyze data to support decision making.
• Technical aptitude with rolling equipment products would be an asset.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Set branch rental targets and drive rental results; develop and own rental business and marketing plans.
• Maintain optimum condition and availability of MH Equipment and attachments; supervise day-to-day rental operations.
• Maintain training of MLA and other manufacturers’ product lines.
• Promote and participate in workplace safety and health policies.
