The Ian Martin Group seeks a Transaction & Leasing Project Manager in Calgary/Edmonton to lead end-to-end project governance for real estate transactions. You will manage master schedules, dashboards, and executive artifacts while aligning CRE stakeholders, brokers, landlords, and legal teams.

You will translate strategies into actionable plans, oversee contract packages, and ensure zero-rework documentation for leadership reviews. This role emphasizes proactive leadership and process discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder project management initiatives, operations, or transaction management workflows.
• Demonstrated track record of managing master schedules, governance frameworks, and pipeline reporting in corporate environments.
• Proven experience building executive-ready presentations, decision memos, and operational dashboards.
• Asset: Exposure to commercial real estate (CRE), leasing processes, contract routing, or corporate facilities operations.
• Technical & Functional Skills: MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, IWMS/Lease Administration platforms; DocuSign workflows and version control.

Responsibilities

• Lead transactions and governance with rigorous process discipline and master schedules.
• Design and maintain project infrastructure including trackers, executive summaries, memos, and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence, keep leadership aligned with brokers, landlords, and vendors.
• Translate real estate strategies into actionable multi-step transaction plans and ensure data quality for senior reviews.
• Enforce quality control on documentation prior to leadership review and manage contract routing.
