Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced Program Lead to orchestrate three strategic real estate programs and drive execution across Toronto and Winnipeg. The role demands hands-on leadership in coordinating multiple workstreams, executive stakeholders, and external partners.

You will define objectives, track milestones, and deliver executive-ready reporting for governance forums. A minimum of 3 in-office days per week is required, with total 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualificações

• 10+ years leading complex cross-functional projects or programs.
• Progressive experience in corporate real estate, workplace transformation, capital projects, portfolio optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and coordinate project managers; no people leadership.
• Manage three strategic real estate programs across Toronto and Winnipeg with multiple projects.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria; hands-on execution.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting for governance forums and committees.
• Use data and KPIs to monitor performance and risks.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with IGWM Distribution Real Estate.
