Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Pursuit Specialist to support strategic business development across business operating units.

You will develop high-impact proposals and communications that highlight the firm’s expertise, working with project managers and leadership to shape pursuit strategies and ensure branding alignment. This role advances our reputation, supports client development, and strengthens our presence across priority markets and sectors, requiring collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with preparation of RFPs/RFQs, coordinating inputs, formatting, editing, quality control.
• Experience collaborating with technical staff to translate complex content into client-focused messaging.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal writing, coordination, strategy, and development for a wide range of services and sectors.
• Prepare thoughtful, engaging, visually compelling proposals, qualifications, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with technical staff to translate complex information into clear messaging.
• Coordinate with business development leaders to support strategic pursuit planning and competitive positioning.
• Participate in client development and account management efforts, including pursuit planning.
• Support storytelling initiatives that elevate brand reputation and align with key accounts and market trends.
• Maintain and update internal systems related to people, project experience, and pursuit information.
• Ensure all materials are consistent with brand standards, quality, and deadlines.
