Job summary

Ag Growth International Inc. is seeking a Purchasing/Procurement professional to manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices and delivery dates, and maintain ERP master data.

The role focuses on manufacturing sourcing, ISO procedures, and daily purchasing activities with emphasis on accuracy and ethics. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in purchasing, experience with SAP or MRPs, and strong leadership, communication, and planning skills to support a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive Purchasing/Procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP or other MRP systems.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains sources of supply, negotiating prices and delivery dates.
• Actively manage the sourcing pipeline to sustain competitive advantage.
• Procure to ensure delivery, quality, and customer focus.
• Maintain delivery dates and resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Assist in ERP master data setup and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO Purchasing/Production procedures.
• Handle daily purchasing: issuing purchase orders, expediting, returns, tracking.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Assist in year-end physical inventory and tagging.
• Follow AGI Code of Business Ethics and related policies.
• Additional duties as assigned.
