Qualifications

• Experience managing projects related to risk management or process change with people impacts.
• Develops project plans including scope, budget, schedule and team responsibilities to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects of varying size, diversity, complexity and risk within the Security, Business Continuity and Emergency Management portfolio.
• Has demonstrated experience managing projects related to risk management and/or projects that involve process change and people impacts.
• Develops project plans, including scope, budget, schedule and project team responsibilities in order to accomplish project objectives in the most cost effective manner using project management principles; delivers projects using accepted project and change management practices to ensure effective transition of project work into sustainment in the business.
• Demonstrates exceptional stakeholder relationship management to ensure project objectives align with annual work plan priorities.
• Provides continuous support to client areas and acts as a business process liaison.
• Supports development business cases, prepares project reports and, at completion, submits financial and final project reports for approval.
• Reports risks associated with the project to the Security & Emergency Management Project Management Office.
• Works effectively with the company's Change Management and Communications teams to develop and deliver project change management plans, stakeholder engagement plans, training plans, and to communicate regarding projects
