The role involves liaising with tenants and Indigenous Communities, managing contracts, and reporting progress for corporate updates. Strong leadership, communication and project controls are essential.

Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering is required.
  • P.Eng./EIT eligibility or engineer in training status is acceptable.
  • Engineering technologist with suitable experience will be considered.
  • PMP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the definition, design, and delivery of projects.
  • Engage tenants, stakeholders, and Indigenous Communities in scope and goals.
  • Oversee tendering, bids, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate internal/external staff and consultants across multiple projects.
  • Monitor progress, budgets, schedules, and final acceptance.
