Prince Rupert Port Authority (PRPA) is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of capital projects within PRPA's framework. You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and safety standards.

The role involves liaising with tenants and Indigenous Communities, managing contracts, and reporting progress for corporate updates. Strong leadership, communication and project controls are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering is required.
• P.Eng./EIT eligibility or engineer in training status is acceptable.
• Engineering technologist with suitable experience will be considered.
• PMP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the definition, design, and delivery of projects.
• Engage tenants, stakeholders, and Indigenous Communities in scope and goals.
• Oversee tendering, bids, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate internal/external staff and consultants across multiple projects.
• Monitor progress, budgets, schedules, and final acceptance.
