Job summary

Prince Rupert Port Authority seeks a Manager, Marketing & Customer Engagement to lead the integrated strategy for marketing, customer engagement, and market development. You will guide cross-functional teams to strengthen the gateway’s visibility and relationships with cargo interests, carriers, and terminal operators.

You will report to the Director, Trade & Market Engagement, manage a budget, and drive ROI while leveraging CRM and analytics to optimize campaigns across Canada and international

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of leadership in marketing, customer engagement, or market development.
• Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI for marketing initiatives.
• Proven use of CRM databases and data analytics in business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing, customer engagement, and market development strategy.
• Mentor team, set priorities, and drive accountability across portfolios.
• Advise Director on marketing programs, market share, and data-driven methods.
