Job summary

Qualifications

• Manage the work of a team of project engineers, resource planners and contract service staff to deliver resource capacity management, project management and outsourcing management services.
• Assess performance, hire/transfer/promote staff, and develop skills to meet project engineering service levels.
• Lead development and implementation of business planning, project management processes and contract execution to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project engineers and resource planners to deliver engineering services within project schedules and budgets.
• Organize, plan and coordinate work, assign tasks and monitor progress to meet schedules.
