Job summary

West Coast University seeks a skilled operations and project coordinator to oversee detailed planning for the department/program, develop compliance documentation, and liaison with stakeholders and vendors.

You will support senior leadership, manage timelines, and ensure data accuracy for reports and licensure materials, contributing to accreditation readiness and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business/Finance or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in higher education or project coordination.
• Experience with accreditation-related processes preferred.
• Understanding of higher education issues in healthcare education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex department support for the department/program.
• Partner with senior management to produce quarterly presentations and data visuals.
• Manage project timelines from initiation to completion.
• Oversee sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate with vendors for administration and facilities management.
• Schedule and organize committee meetings and events.
• Develop reports and documentation for compliance and accreditation.
