Job summary

UBC Sauder School of Business seeks a Program Specialist to manage the delivery of open enrollment and custom programs. You will ensure high-quality learner experiences, oversee logistics, LMS setup, and coordination with faculty, instructors, clients and staff.

The role involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding and ongoing support across in-person, online and hybrid formats. You will collaborate with Account Managers, develop course materials, and monitor program quality.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a first point of contact for learners and faculty before, during, and after program delivery.
• Oversees end-to-end delivery of assigned programs, including logistics and learner engagement.
• Coordinates instructor recruitment, onboarding and training for programs.
• Supports marketing, communications and outreach to promote programs.
• Provides mentorship to junior team members and participates in process improvements.
