Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a Product Owner to shape the evolution of strategic products. You will work with the ecosystem’s Product Manager, business partners, and technology teams to define priorities, evolve the roadmap, and deliver high-value solutions.

You will translate complex needs into value, manage the backlog in Azure DevOps, and collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and quality specialists to ensure timely releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information technology with at least 2+ years in product ownership or equivalent
• Hands-on product management experience: discovery, roadmap, prioritization, incremental delivery, benefits measurement
• Experience using AI in product activities or software lifecycle and working with bilingual teams

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product roadmap in partnership with business and technology teams.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize user and stakeholder needs to maximize business value.
• Maintain a clear backlog aligned with strategic objectives in Azure DevOps (epics, features, acceptance criteria).
• Determine priorities based on value, risks, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
• Understand user journeys, identify pain points, validate hypotheses using data and field observations.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and QA to deliver initiatives and manage risk.
• Monitor execution, coordinate dependencies, approve releases, and ensure quality.
• Measure product performance and drive continuous improvement using AI-enabled analyses.
