iA Financial Group in Canada seeks a Product Manager, Data and Artificial Intelligence to define and prioritize a portfolio of data-driven AI products. You will build roadmaps, translate needs into features, manage the backlog, and lead experiments from concept to production.

The role requires strong collaboration with data, AI, engineering, security, privacy, and business teams, in a hybrid work environment with a focus on responsible AI practices and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance or another relevant discipline.
• Advanced level of English proficiency to collaborate with English-speaking partners, teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, business objectives, target audiences, and value propositions for data and AI products.
• Build, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap aligned with strategic priorities, expected value, risks, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
• Translate business and user needs into problems to solve, value hypotheses, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and clear user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog by balancing business value, technical feasibility, data quality, integration complexity, security, compliance, and user experience.
• Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation activities, including proof of concepts, prototypes, pilot projects, user testing, A/B testing, and phased rollouts.
• Collaborate closely with data, AI, engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, risk management, user experience, and business teams.
