CIBC is seeking a Product Owner to define the vision, goals, and roadmap for a Squad, aligning with Crew priorities and broader business objectives. You’ll manage the backlog, translate client needs into requirements, and support release planning to drive value.

You’ll collaborate across Crews, Squads, and business units, lead through influence, and help strengthen product delivery practices within a dynamic technology environment. This role is Toronto-based.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in technology-enabled environments.
• Ability to translate client and business needs into actionable user stories.

Responsabilités

• Define the Squad vision, goals and roadmap aligned to Crew strategy.
• Manage and prioritize the Squad backlog with clear user stories.
• Lead release planning and coordinate with Crews, Squads and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies and drive delivery through collaboration.
